Thanks to the P effect and the (3) effect of returning to the P zone while taking over the "Magic Counter" when destroyed, I think it's a strength to be able to permanently put out "Endymion" P monsters etc. from the EX Deck. increase.
After using the Recruit effect in (2), it's easy to run out of "magic counters" on the field, so I think it's a good idea to cover it with Magical Citadel of Endymion.

P effect that puts a magic counter on Spell activation, P effect that Special Summons a monster that can put a magic counter on yourself and the EX Deck by removing 3 magic counters, effect that puts a magic counter when attacking, magic power on the field during the opponent's turn A low-class Endymion monster that has the effect of Special Summoning a monster that can put a magic counter on the Deck by removing 3 counters, and the effect of taking over the counter and placing it in the P zone when it is destroyed.
His Special Summon spot for P effects is the EX Deck. Therefore, it can be said that it will show its true value after the middle stage. Also note that unlike the other two Ob Endymions, this card can only call Pendulum monsters. Naturally, it also fills the EX zone.
The condition for placing a magic counter is to declare an attack, but the ability is incomplete, so it's hard to aim. The target Recruit effect can put out all the cards that can be placed with magic counters, but does it have a strong habit of being the opponent's turn? You can repeatedly side-jump monster zones and P zones, but the P effect is a little difficult to use, so should it be used as a scale 8?

Endymion handsome frame.
The P effect is her Special Summon, a monster that generates counters in response to spells and removes 3 counters and puts counters on the front side of itself and the EX Deck. The expansion effect is an effect that plays an active role after the middle stage of the duel, so it may be a little difficult to use in the early stages. It might work well with Mythical Beast, which can actively go to the EX Deck.
The monster effect is to generate a counter when an attack is declared, to recruit a monster that can be countered from her deck by removing 3 counters during the opponent's turn, and to return to the P zone when destroyed.
The main thing is the opponent's turn effect. Candidates for recruiting are Gensei Sorcerer King, who has an effect to interfere with his Spell Trap, Empress, which has a bounce effect during Special Summon, and King Jackal, which has an effect to interfere with monster effects. It is quite powerful to be able to use it properly depending on the opponent's situation. The RBI is 1500, which isn't that high, so it's safe to consider it a bonus. The effect when destroyed will lead to his next Special Summon, so it's not a bad effect either.
From the middle to the end of the duel, we can expect evenly active performances.
